App privacy policy
This is the privacy policy for the Pictureflect Photo Viewer app. Note that it may be revised as the app is developed.
The Pictureflect Photo Viewer app (previously known as Basic Photo Viewer) allows you to access your photos, which may contain personal information. It also allows you to change certain settings that apply only to the Pictureflect Photo Viewer app.
None of this data is transmitted anywhere and your settings are stored on your device only.
Note that if you click on the taken at location in the image properties panel (when available), this will open Google Maps (or the provider chosen in settings) in a new browser tab at that location.
Some anonymous crash and usage statistics are collected using the standard analytics reporting provided by Microsoft. No other data is collected.
If you purchase the Pro version upgrade or other license from Pictureflect, we will store your email and in some cases your name and organization to record your license entitlement, as well as a Pictureflect-specific device identifier if applicable. We will not store your zip/postcode or payment information, although your contact details may be stored by our reseller, Paddle.Com, who will process the payment, and we may be able to retrieve your zip/postcode from them. Paddle.Com may also store your payment details for as long as necessary to process the payment, but will not keep them for longer unless specifically instructed. The status of the license may occasionally be checked with the server by the app, which does not require any personal information.
