App terms and conditions

Allowed use

• You may use the app for any purpose you wish, provided your use complies with applicable law.
• There is no limitation on who can use the app (free version only).
• The Pro upgrade has additional conditions on use which are set out when you purchase it. The standard Pro license available to purchase allows you to use Pro features on up to 10 devices that are owned or substantially used by one person. This applies to both personal and professional use.

Intellectual property and copyright

• The copyright to the Pictureflect Photo Viewer app is owned by Pictureflect Ltd.
• Pictureflect Ltd has no copyright claim on the outputs you generate by using the app. If a feature is added in the future that contradicts this then it will be clearly stated when using the feature.
• You may redistribute the app (free version only) internally within your organization or household.
• You may not redistribute the app publicly, except by linking to an official download page (i.e. the Pictureflect website or Microsoft Store page, not a direct link to the installer) or with special consent.
• You may not modify the app software, i.e. you may not modify the executable code or application manifest or embedded resources, except with special consent.
• The Pro license cannot be redistributed, except if you purchase a special version of the license which can be redistributed within your organization.

User-provided information and privacy policy

• If you provide us with personal information, such as your email address when purchasing a Pro license, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for any activity that occurs while you are signed in using the information provided. (Such a sign in is required when managing licenses, for example).
• If you think the security of your information may have been compromised, please inform us immediately.
• We reserve the right to edit or remove any user-provided information at our discretion.
• You may wish to view our separate privacy policy.

Indemnification and limitation of liability

• You agree to indemnify Pictureflect Ltd (and anyone else involved in the development of the app) and hold them harmless against any legal claims that may arise from your use of our app or services.
• You agree that Pictureflect Ltd (and anyone else involved in the development of the app) is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your use of our app or services. In particular, when editing images and videos, it is your responsibility to keep a backup in order to guard against any unwanted data loss either through human error or a flaw in the app.
